Hugging: He's likely to be bemused by anyone trying to hug him- he tries very hard to project BADASS, but he's not going to react poorly.
Flirting: Always okay!
Kissing: See hugging
Sexual Contact: Sure! He will react to non-con violently.
Fighting: Ask me first because I'm new and I have no idea what I'm doing
Injuring: Superficial injuries don't need to be asked about, anything more than a couple of bruises or a lightly bleeding cut, please check with me first.
Killing: No thanks.
Telepathy and Mind Attacks: Telepathy/mind talking is fine and good, Penny's a psychic. Please ask me first about any attacks or if you are going to try to dig around in his head because I'm new and I don't know what that entails.
Magic/Powers: For anything long lasting/permanent please contact me, also see above for injuries, but outside of that anything is fine.
Special Abilities: Penny has some magic but it's unpredictable and difficult. He can hear the thoughts of others if he concentrates.
